Justin leads the North America sales, marketing and product development team. He is the go-to for client needs and requirements for new product development and ingredient sourcing. He is most proud of how LakEssence’s young team has evolved over the last couple of years to understand the importance of quality, consistency and traceability. He is also very pleased that the team looks beyond essential oils to find solutions for companies seeking unique extracts from Sri Lankan botanicals.
